ขาหนีบพินเกจ คืออะไร

ขาหนีบพินเกจ คืออุปกรณ์ที่ใช้สำหรับยึดจับพินเกจขณะใช้งาน เพื่อป้องกันพินเกจจากการขยายตัวทางความร้อนอันเป็นผลมาจากอุณหภูมิของร่างกายมนุษย์

ในการตรวจสอบรู ให้ใช้ขาหนีบพินเกจเพื่อช่วยในการยึดจับพินเกจ ซึ่งมีการตรวจสอบสองประเภท ได้แก่ “รูที่สามารถเสียบเข้าไปได้ (GO)” และ “รูที่ไม่สามารถเสียบเข้าไปได้ (NO-GO)” ซึ่งสามารถใช้งานเป็นเกจแบบสวมได้ (ศึกษารายละเอียดการใช้งานของเกจแบบสวมที่หน้า 16)

Aluminum Pin Vise
Aluminum pin vise which can be used
as a pin gauge holder.

[Features]
- Pin gauge can be held for Go (green side)
  and No Go (red side), enabling use as a
  limit gauge in inspections.
- The collet made of special resin prevents damage to the pin gauge.
- Holding range is 0.5 mm on both ends of
  the pin gauge holder. * Only APV-0A is 0.3 mm.
