บริษัทขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกฏระเบียบล่าสุดของประเทศจีน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดหาแม่เหล็ก บางประเภท

เมื่อวันที่ 4 เมษายน 2568 กระทรวงพาณิชย์ของประเทศจีนได้ประกาศกฏระเบียบใหม่ในการส่งออกธาตุหายาก (REEs) จำนวน 7 ชนิด รวมถึงแม่เหล็กที่เกี่ยวข้อง ข้อจำกัดเหล่านี้ใช้กับวัสดุสำคัญที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ เช่น การป้องกัน พลังงาน และยานยนต์ ดังนั้น บริษัทจะต้องขอใบอนุญาตพิเศษในการส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์เหล่านี้ ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดความล่าช้าหรือการระงับคำสั่งซื้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัสดุดังกล่าว

บริษัทจะอัปเดตข้อมูลให้ท่านทราบอย่างต่อเนื่องเมื่อได้รับข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม หากท่านมีข้อกังวลหรือคำถามเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อใด ๆ กรุณาติดต่อแผนกลูกค้าสัมพันธ์

On April 4, 2025, China's Ministry of Commerce imposed new export restrictions on seven rare earth elements (REEs) and associated magnets. These restrictions affect critical materials used in sectors such as defense, energy, and automotive. As a result, companies must now obtain special export licenses to ship these products, which may lead to delays or suspension of orders involving these materials.
