Drum Pumps
Drum pumps are pumps for drawing and transferring oil, chemicals, and the like from drums. You can select from manual, electric, and air types, all of which can be inserted directly into a drum. Viscosity that can be handled differs depending on the product, so the product needs to be selected according to the type and viscosity of the liquid transferred. Manual types include hand-turned types where a set amount is discharged by turning the handle and piston types were liquid is discharged when the handle is lifted up. Electric types have high power, and using a product with high discharge volume enables transfer work to be achieved in a short amount of time. Dedicated chemical pumps are used for highly flammable chemicals and the like. Air types have a mechanism whereby liquid is discharged by compressed air, and chemicals and the like can be transferred safely because electricity is not used.
