Staplers
Staplers are stationery used to bind sheets of paper together. Normally, different types are used depending on the thickness of the paper to be bound. When binding several sheets of thin paper like copy paper, small handheld staplers are used. When binding a thick stack of paper or when the paper itself is thick, heavy-duty desktop staplers are used for effortless stapling. In addition to staplers used by loading staples, there are stapleless staplers that fasten sheets of paper by punching a hole in the stack and folding back the punched-out portion underneath the bottom sheet. While stapleless staplers open a hole in the paper, they make it unnecessary to remove and separate the steel staples when disposing of stapled paper documents. As such, they are both labor-saving and resource-saving, with minimal environmental impact.
