Load Cells

Load cells are widely used in manufacturing automation. The load cell's principle is that electrical resistance will vary by force due to the deformation of the internal circuit. Both push and pull forces have the same effect, they will increase the electrical resistance of load cells. Load cells have been used in electrical circuits to measure force or weight. Load cells are typically used in weight balancers, Force gauges, and Press machines. Automation systems require precise measurement values before passing to the next step or measuring weight in the packaging process to control product quality.Load cells come in a variety of measurement ranges. In order to avoid breaking load cells, it is necessary to choose the most appropriate measurement range. If too low a range has been selected, the load cells may be damaged. On the other hand, if used too heavily, it cannot measure light force precisely. Effort force in another direction which is not in accordance with instructions may cause damage to load cells.
