Shelving Uprights
Shelf poles are the struts used to set up the shelves. They are fastened to the wall with screws and the like, and used to install storage shelves in combination with shelf boards, shelf brackets and other parts. A certain degree of strength is required for them to support the weight of stored items and parts; stainless steel, aluminum, steel and other metals that are hardly deformable and excellent in corrosion resistance are often used as materials. Usually, there are holes or grooves on shelf poles, and screws or clips are fixed to them to be the base of the shelf board. When the standards between the shelf pole and other parts are different, they may not fit with each other. Check their sizes and model numbers in advance. In addition, it is desirable that shelf poles are installed on places which are strong enough to bear the load applied. The installation location should be considered in advance.
