NIIGATA SEIKI (SK) Magnet Blocks
Magnetic blocks are a tool used to hold a workpiece with a magnet during measurement and processing. They have a switching lever that can be attached/detached, and have a drip-proof and oil-resistant structure enabling the use even in liquid. Some of them can be used with the handle either fixed or removed. The shape of the magnetic block is rectangle, V-shaped or square. Since the magnetism is on the top, side, bottom, etc., depending on the product, please make sure it suits the application before use. The magnetic block is used as holders for deep machining such as making grooves and steps and light machining such as scribing and tapping as well as used for fixing measured objects of coordinate measuring machines and measuring systems, etc. There is no magnetism in the chuck block, and it is placed on top of a magnetic chuck for magnetic induction and attracts the workpiece.
