Factory Fans
Factory fans are air conditioners used to feed wind to factories and the like. Airflow and airspeed are large, so strong winds can be created, and they are used for cool wind to reach broad areas and to circulate air. Blades can be selected from resin and aluminum ones, and aluminum ones are resistant to steam, oil, and the like. Many have blade diameters of 40 cm or larger, and there are also big fans of more than 1 meter. There are 2 types: open and fully closed. Open ones suck in outside air and cool the air, so caution needs to be taken as dust tends to accumulate on the motor, but they feature high cooling effects. Fully closed types have a sealed motor, so maintenance is easy. Legs can be selected according to the place installed, and there are stand, wall-mounted, and benchtop types, with some products being interchangeable. How wind is created differs depending on the number of blades, so products need to be selected according to the application they are used for.
