Leading-in / Bushing Clamps

A leading-in / bushing clamp is a machining jig that allows clamping by lever operation alone. A leading-in clamp is a mechanism whereby a clamp pin and clamp bolt are drawn in by rotating an attached handle. Bolt fixing is not required, and it fixes the object with a single action. In general, it is suitable for multi-sided machining because the object is held raised. Some products have selectable right and left swivel levers, and some products have no lever. Push clamps clamp by protruding a boss as a handle is rotated. A variety of applications can be constructed such as burring units and side pushing units. Clamp bolts and clamp pins include examples for heavy loads and hexagonal bolts. Since the clamping force differs depending on the product, select according to the application.
