NIPPONPNEUMATIC Vibrators
A vibrator is a type of pneumatic tool that generates vibrations to make a material uniform and improve work efficiency. If air bubbles are present when concrete, etc. is used as a material, it is necessary to remove the air bubbles because they will prevent adhesion. A vibrator plays an important role in removing air bubbles. There are two types of vibrator: the impact type, which drives in a piston, and the air cushion type, in which an air cushion is interposed instead of directly driving in a piston. The air cushion type operates quietly compared to the impact type. These are further divided into a type that applies vibration from the outside and a type that applies vibration by inserting a rod-shaped vibrator inside. Intermittent movement is possible if used together with an electromagnetic valve.
