NACHI(FUJIKOSHI) Counter Balance Valves
A counterbalance valve is a control device that prevents sudden drops due to load on hydraulic equipment. This is to control the backflow of fluid to the intake side that may occur if the pressure on the exhaust side exceeds the maximum back pressure for normal operation. Since the pressure applied by flowing material also fluctuates, it is necessary to select a control model according to the oil used, the maximum flow rate and the maximum operating pressure. Installation of the device allows pressure regulation over a wide range from 0.25 to 14 MPa. In addition, some models use modular valves, allowing installation in space saving situations. During pressure regulation, the pressure can be increased by rotating the handle. When not in use, the lock nut must be tightened.
