MISUMI Belts (Pneumatic)
Belt sanders (pneumatic) are tools to sand using compressed air. Work is done with high-speed rotation, so sanding of a wide area is possible. A broad range of work can be handed, from rough work to finishing, according to the work that needs to be done. Pneumatic types have lighter main bodies than electric types. Some have narrow file widths, making them suitable for work such as in tight spaces. They are used for various applications, and by changing the sander at the tip and the hub, they can be used for a wide range of work such as metal and wood grinding and burr and rust removal. There are many types, such as air orbital sanders for work on flat surfaces and dual action air sanders for work on gentle curves in addition to flat surfaces, so they should be selected to fit the shape they are used on.
