IMAO CORPORATION Bolt Clamps
Bolt clamps are bolts that apply strong clamping force due to the eccentric position of the screw head. Types vary according to the workpiece shape. The main body is often made from chromoly steel with a black oxide coating or electroless nickel plating. Eccentric clamp bolts with an offset head center are suitable for strong fastening of a workpiece or jig, or for fastening to a linear guideway rail. Spiral cam clamps with a deformed head have a compact design and are suitable for small multi-cavity workpieces. In addition to lever types, some products come with a clamp plate to protect the workpiece. Fixture clamps with a deformed, round and large head are suitable for thin workpieces, and some products can be self-cut to match a cylindrical workpiece.
