Drain Boards
Drainage mats are mat-like items laid down to keep products from coming in direct contact with the ground, in order to protect and store them away from moisture, or to improve drainage. Wooden drainage mats were the prevailing type, however there are various available materials and processing methods such as plastic or aluminum conductive types, electrostatic types and embossed types. Resin drainage mats are stronger than wooden varieties, have a higher load capacity and have durability. They also possess heat resistance and don’t expand or contract, so deformation such as warping does not occur even in humid and hot places. Resin products have the advantages of being joinable or roll-able, so they can be freely formed and laid out to match the size of the applicable area, and can be stored compactly. However, care must be taken because volatile chemicals such as paint thinner can melt these products.
