Airless Paint Sprayers

An airless paint sprayer is a device that performs painting by directly applying pressure to the paint itself without applying pneumatic pressure. There is less splattering of paint compared to the type that applies pneumatic pressure, so it is possible to paint hygienically with less paint. There are types such as diaphragm airless units and plunger paint pumps. Diaphragm airless units apply pressure to the paint with the power of an engine, without using a compressor. They are used for outdoor painting. Plunger paint pumps use a compressor to apply pressure to paint and atomize it for painting. They are used for indoor painting. Compared to diaphragms, they feature high pressure and high output. In addition, it is necessary to select a painting machine according to the viscosity and application of the paint.
