Water Drain Measures

A catch basin is a part that is installed between pipes to drain rainwater and domestic wastewater and sewage from homes outside the building, and makes it easier to clean and inspect accumulated solids, trash, etc. It is installed and used in places where solids and debris are likely to accumulate, such as where drain pipes merge, where a straight pipe changes direction, at the corner of a drain pipe, in the middle of a long straight pipe, etc. Also, it is sometimes called a meeting place basin or meeting place. The most common material is PVC, which is resistant to cracking, has excellent durability, and is resistant to deterioration. There are several types of catch basins according to shape and structure, and it is necessary to use them properly depending on the application and the place where they are used. When used at the junction of drain pipes, there are differences in the angle at which the drain pipes are bent and the number of drain pipes to be joined.
