Hands, Fingers for Grippers
Hand chuck jaws are parts that are attached to a hand chuck or air chuck that is connected to a cylinder to perform centering, grasp a workpiece and perform machining. They can be used for processing and assembly in various industries, and are used for factory production lines and pneumatic equipment. There are V-shaped, flat, and plate-shaped models that support vertical gripping, so you can select a type that matches the equipment it is to be mounted to and the workpiece. They are mainly made of steel materials such as SS400 and S45C, or of high hardness pre-hardened steel, but some are also made of special stainless steel. In order to maintain hardness and shape, many of them are surface treated with electroless nickel plating, black oxide coating or Tufftride, etc. to prevent wear. There are also some that can be machined to math the shape of the workpiece.
