Battery Springs

Battery springs are springs used as contact with dry cell batteries. Since these springs function as an electrode, they are often made from materials with high conductivity that do not easily deform or rust (nickel-plated copper or iron, etc.). The main battery spring types are flat spring types shaped like a thin plate, and coiled wire spring types in a conical shape. Both types are used as a set inside a battery case or battery box. Both the plate spring types and wire spring types are usually made for AA or AAA batteries, and those used for the positive electrode, negative electrode or both electrodes are available. The shape, set length, set load, etc., differ depending on the size of the corresponding battery and the poles in contact with it, so it is necessary to check before purchase and before use. Battery springs are used in combination with a wide variety of devices that use batteries, such as terminal devices and electronic parts.
