Cantilever Shafts (Bearing Retaining Method: Tapped (Screw))
A cantilever shaft is a type of fulcrum stepping screw used as a fulcrum for a rotating part. There are many types of holding parts alone, such as a stepped two-sided width type, hexagonal type, two-sided width type, etc. In addition, those with a pilot can be positioned. The cantilever shaft is used to fix a two-axis synchronization mechanism using a link and a spindle for rotating a rotating body. The material is iron or stainless steel, some of which are coated with a black oxide coating or electroless nickel plating. Some of the cantilever shaft have a flanged nut stop that can be firmly secured to the mounting surface, and others can be used in places where the shaft system is thick and high in tension.
