Macro Lens

A macro lens is a lens with which pictures of a subject can be taken from a short distance as if it were magnified with high image quality. It is also called a close-up lens or a micro lens. It can enlarge a subject from 0.5 x to life size, and allows photography at a higher magnification than a normal lens. It is used for the measurement, inspection and special analysis, etc. of small objects. Different macro lenses are used depending on the working distance.
