RYOBI Chip Saws
Circular saw blades are cutting tools that are fitted on a circular saw for cutting and machining steel, stainless steel, nonferrous metals (aluminum) and so on. The outer edge of the disk has sharp teeth with durable tips that provide excellent cutting performance. Hence it is also known as a tip saw. Compared with cut-off wheels, circular saw blades for steel and stainless steel cut faster and deliver a more beautiful cut surface. Tips are available in 3 types: carbide tips that are rigid and resistant to chipping, cermet tips that are free of iron deposition and diamond tips that are used as a difficult-to-cut material. Number of blade teeth is expressed as the number plus the unit P. Those with fewer teeth are for metal and those with more teeth are for wood. Selecting a tip and number of blade teeth according to the material and attaching a dedicated circular saw blade are recommended.
