NAKANISHI Spindles
Spindles are rotary shafts of machine tools at the end of which an object is attached to be rotated. The word "spindle" may also refer to the rotating device. They are used to rotate workpieces as well as for precision grinding and polishing work. Microspindles have an integrated flange that prevents the leakage of air from the connection when fitted on a machine. Straight spindles are easy to connect the motor and can be used for many applications by replacing the tip and motor. High-speed spindles tend to generate a lot of heat and load, so it may be necessary to use a low-speed type depending on the application. Spindles are made of zinc alloy or alloy tool steel SKS3. Choose a suitable type according to the machining precision required for the workpiece and roughness of the finished surface.
