MISUMI Magnetic Bases
The magnetic base is a device that holds the workpiece and attaches the jig by magnetic force. Main applications include holding workpieces during polishing, cutting, welding, etc., maintaining fixed positions for sensors and lasers, securing measuring instruments, etc. The product is equipped with a switch that can switch the magnetic force ON / OFF. The upper surface is processed into a V-shape to secure and hold the workpiece, the product can be stuck to multiple surfaces, and there is a V-groove mechanism and concave surface that can stick even to curved surfaces, etc., so select the product type according to the application. Many products, such as neodymium magnets, etc. with a strong magnetic force, are plated on the surface, and some are capable of additional processing such as drilling, etc.
