MISUMI Flat Springs
Flat springs are springs that are shaped like a flat plate. A flat spring applies force to the surface and uses the force that returns to the spring to its original state when released. Common materials include stainless steel and SK materials for springs that have high elastic force and resilience. Various flat spring shapes are available, including a straight type with no bending treatment, a type that comes with mounting holes, and a type that is straight and has a bending treatment. In general, the size of this part is 300 mm or less, and it is used for applications such as switches, electrode parts or equipment adjustment parts. Compact products often require parts with highly accurate dimensions or shapes. One-point bending and 2-point bending can be performed for MISUMI brand products. You can also specify the hole positions. Please allow a minimum of 3 days for shipment.
