MISUMI Magnetic Transmission
Non-contact transmission components are parts that use magnetic force to transmit motion without needing to make contact. Rotation is generated by engaging the 2 forces of attraction and repulsion resulting from the magnetic force of a strong magnet. Using a non-contact transmission component enables smooth power transmission in ultra-low noise and low particle generation work. Non-contact transmission is also effective for preventing cogging and damage during work. Furthermore, a wide range of eccentric center and eccentric angle values are supported for installation, and removal and centering are also easy. These products are ideal for locations such as cleanrooms, food machines and pumps that require cleanliness to be maintained. Many types use a permanent magnet, which can be used almost forever. Many types are also dedicated for use in the outside atmosphere. Materials such as metal are commonly used, and the heat-resistant temperature depends on the material properties.
