MISUMI Ground/Copper Bars
Ground bars and copper bus bars are components set at the bottom of control panels, power distribution boards and other electronic equipment to release electrical current to the ground and prevent electric shock in the event of an earth leakage. "Ground" refers to "ground wire" that releases electrical current to the ground through a copper wire. Copper bus bars feature multiple screw holes into which ground wires can be mounted; they are made of nickel-plated or tin-plated copper, which has a higher conductivity compared to steel. Joint bars and ground bars for branching and expanding, as well as mounting screws and kits with mounting screws are also available, allowing the user to find the product suited to the application. Some products will support 100 to 400 A. Products with pre-drilled screw holes do not require further drilling alterations that could be inconvenient.
