[Features]
· Electroless nickel plating has been standardized for metal parts.
· Nickel plating has been standardized for the entire brass part of the M-series nipple and the plastic body.
· Comes with color seals for distinguishing the threads.
· Color seals are applied on each R (PT) thread (tapered male thread) so that the screws can be identified at a glance.
· The body can be positioned according to the direction of tube connection.
· The R (PT) thread section and the resin joint part, such as of the elbow and tee rotate so that the positioning can be freely done according to the direction of tube connection after mounting the fitting and that the thread can be tightened while the resin part is fixed.
· Comes with tube grip rotation mechanism.
· The tube grip rotates smoothly within the fitting, preventing the cuts in the tube by over-rotation.

Junron One-Touch Fitting W Series (Spot Welding Equipment for Piping) Elbow

JUNKOSHA

Nonflammable. Superior body strength and impact resistance. The tube grip is equipped with a rotating mechanism. All the sealing materials are water resistant NBR. No sealing tape is required. The R (PT) threads and resin connecting parts rotate.

[Features]
· All the resin sections conform to the UL94V-0 flame retardant rating.
· The pull-out strength of the R (PT) thread resin press-fit part has been improved in comparison to conventional parts.
· The shock resistance has been significantly improved by a new mechanism tube grip.
· The tube clip rotates smoothly inside the fitting and prevents tube from breaking due to rotation of the tube.
· NBR is used in the water-resistant O-ring and V-seal.
· The R (PD) threads are sealed. Therefore, wrapping the threads with sealing tape is not required.
· The combined part of the R (PT) thread of elbow tee and resin part can be rotated. After connecting, tube-piping direction can be freely implemented and the threads can be tightened even while the resin part is fixed.
