IDEC End Stoppers
An end stopper is a part for fixing a unitized terminal block onto a rail. It is used by placing it on both ends of the terminal block. Generally, it can be used for all types of terminal block, but the product used depends on the type of the rails, such as DIN rails and C-rails, and their width. The material is divided into metal such as steel that is zinc plated using trivalent chromate, and resin such as nylon 66. Metal products are fixed by hooking the foot onto the rail and tightening a screw. One screw type or two screw types are available. In addition, resin products fix firmly by gripping the rail with clip-shaped feet. The height varies depending on the product. Dedicated brackets and auxiliary plates are available for use with tall two-stage terminal blocks.
