ESCO Air Conditioner Ducting Supplies
Air conditioner piping parts are used for refrigerant pipes that connect the indoor unit and outdoor unit of an air conditioner and any peripheral pipes. Types include drain hoses, penetration sleeves, piping putty and air conditioner piping vinyl tape. Normally, copper refrigerant pipes are wrapped with a polyethylene insulation material to prevent condensation and heat dissipation. Insulation materials may shrink due to the heat from the heater. The air conditioner pipe vinyl tape is wrapped around the pipe as a countermeasure against shrinking. Refrigerant pipes that are integrated with a flare nut that has been flared in advance reduce the installation workload because there is no need for joint assembly. If you realize during piping work that the refrigerant pipe is not long enough, you can use a flare union or copper pipe fitting to join and extend the piping.
