ESCO Coolant Spray Nozzles
Coolant spray nozzles are used to cool the heat generated during metalworking, to supply oil and water, and to blow off swarf. Types include bellows tubing air nozzles, oil jetters and magnetic base end caps. A bellows tubing air nozzle has a magnet on the base of the injection nozzle, and cools and dries equipment and blows off swarf by jetting air. Because it is a bellows type, it is possible to freely change the blowing direction. An oil jetter automatically injects oil as a mist using pneumatic pressure. It is used to cool end mills and remove swarf during drilling and reaming. A magnetic base end cap is used to prevent unnecessary holes in the coolant body. When installing one, it is necessary to check the size before selecting a part.
