BOSCH Sabre Saw Blades
Reciprocating saw blades are used attached to an electric reciprocating saw. Reciprocating saws are also known as saber saws. They are suited to opening work and used for removing metals and reinforcing bars as well as cutting wood. Most reciprocating saws feature a stroke length of 1 inch and a thick blade that provides a strong cutting force. Reciprocating saw blades vary in the materials they can cut, number of teeth, length and thickness. Blades can be fitted at an angle of about 3 to 5 degrees relative to the portion that is attached to a shaft and the saw teeth portion. This angle makes the saw teeth cut the material when the blade is pulled. Choose the length, thickness and other properties of the blade according to the material to be cut. Blades are commonly made of carbon tool steel, high-speed steel, cobalt high-speed steel, bimetals and so on.
