AS ONE Solder Windings

A soldering wire is linear solder used for soldering electronic components. Most soldering wires are soft wire rods with flux inside. Solders can be classified into lead solder and lead-free solder. Since the melting point of lead solder is as low as 183°C to 190°C, it is easy to process. Lead-free solder is a general term for solder that does not contain lead and is generally synthesized with materials such as tin, silver, and copper. Lead-free solder is becoming increasingly popular because it does not contain harmful lead. However, the melting point is as high as 220°C. There are various wire diameters, so choose according to the size of the material to be soldered. There is also a product for difficult soldering, which enables soldering on aluminum, plated materials, and stainless steel.
