ROHM Development/Evaluation Boards
Development/evaluation boards are semiconductor circuit boards used for development and evaluation, which make prototype parts using products such as IC chips. All peripheral chips, circuits, terminals and other parts required for operation are mounted in the semiconductor circuit board. These boards enable chip performance and functions to be checked to compare multiple products and enable quick selection. Another advantage is that they allow software development to be performed in parallel at an early stage, shorting development periods. Examples of use include establishing the specifications of new products and conducting design or testing. Several development/evaluation boards are available. Select according to the application. For example, an RF evaluation/development kit can be used for devices such as RF two-way radios or frequency synthesizers, while an RFID evaluation and development kit can be used for RFID microcontrollers or reader modules.
