ROHM Resistors
Resistors are electronic components that interrupt and adjust the electrical current inside circuits. In addition to adjusting current, they also reduce excessive voltage, contributing significantly to the stable operation of electrical circuits. Resistors can be largely divided into 2 types, the fixed resistor with a fixed resistance value and the variable resistor in which the resistance value are adjusted. A component that features multiple resistors with the same resistance value is called "resistor array" and is used for digital circuits. Conductivity varies by material, including conductors with low resistance value, insulators that are not conductive, and semiconductors in between the 2 types of material; resistors often feature conductors. Accuracy also varies and for that reason, products must be selected carefully according to application and circuit type. Currently, chip resistors with no lead wires are more common.
