Marking Agents
A layout fluid is a product used when marking a workpiece such as metal, glass, etc. Komeitan is also called leadtan, and is a red paint that uses lead trioxide as its main component. This product is used by dissolving in vegetable oil, mineral oil, etc. This product is used for slide guides and contact surface plate inspections, and it is possible to perform precise plane processing by rubbing the surface of the object that has been coated with Komyotan in advance and shaving off the paint-coated part. The product also has rust-prevention and preservative benefits. Oil-free types, red paste in tubes, etc. are relatively easy to handle. The blue varnish spray is sprayed on the object and dried, then a marking line is drawn, and after processing it is cleaned with the removal spray. Use of the white spray is ideal for black objects.
