Trays / bowls are cooking utensils used to store and transport cooking ingredients and food. Stainless steel mesh shallow rectangular trays are a mesh type that uses a perforated net to prevent contaminants from entering. They allow drainage when nested in a stainless steel rectangular tray. They have the characteristic of being easier to wash than the net type because of the mesh. There are many different shapes and sizes, so you need to choose one according to your application and storage space.
