Pump Jacks
A pump jack is a device that performs lifting operations, breaking, bending and pressing, etc. that require power using linear reciprocating motion from a hydraulic pump. Pump jacks are divided into single-acting and double-acting. The single-acting type has an oil port on one side, and only advances the rod, with return occurring through spring force or its own weight. It is divided into high pressure type and low pressure type according to the level of hydraulic pressure. The double-acting type has oil ports on both the head side and the cap side. It is necessary to check the necessary force and select a pump jack that corresponds to the cylinder inner diameter and the maximum pressure. In addition, check the usage conditions such as the presence or absence and type of support brackets and parts, whether it is single-acting or double-acting, and whether it is manual or electric before selecting.
