Slips/Forms
A slip/form is a document that records the handling of money at companies, such as deposits and withdrawals, and the details of transactions between companies. There are invoices describing products delivered to business partners, invoices for invoicing fees and charges, and quotations with a breakdown and details of expenses. The paper size is also used according to the application such as A4, B5, B6. In addition, copy-type invoices and bills adopt carbon-free paper that develop color immediately with writing pressure, as a way to prevent blackening and stains on hands. Some slips and forms have holes for filing, and some sheets can be cut off at perforations. In addition, there is also a multi-printer form that can be used by creating a dedicated slip for office work and printing the required number with a copy machine.
