SCSI Cables
A SCSI cable is a cable or connector used to connect a computer, peripherals, etc. that comply with the SCSI standard. General SCSI cables are limited in length, and the number of connectable devices varies depending on the connection method. Also, it is necessary to select the type of SCSI cable to be used depending on the type of device to be connected. The 50-pin type used when the data transfer width is 8 bits and the 68-pin type used when the data transfer width is 16 bits are mainly used. In both cases, many products have gold-plated pins, which prevent aging and signal deterioration. The cable section has various features for each product, including those that combine core wires to prevent noise, those that protect data with a double shield structure, etc.
