Microcomputer Evaluation Boards
The microcontroller evaluation board is a tool supplied to users by microcontroller manufacturers for the purpose of evaluating the performance of the microcontroller and providing a microcontroller development environment. Microcontroller evaluation boards are available in a single-board type, as well as a kit types that has in addition to the board, cables, LCDs, power supplies, software, etc. Microcontrollers on the microcontroller evaluation board include ARM cores, 8051 series cores, and RX65N microcontrollers. Renesas RX65N Envision Kit includes board schematics and demonstration source code. The emulator Lite circuit is mounted on the board, and it is also possible to evaluate graphics. Boards equipped with Microchip's dsPIC33 processor are suitable for evaluating microcontrollers for switched mode power supply controllers.
