RF Semiconductors
RF semiconductors are electronic components used when using the frequency band of wireless communication. When manufacturing wireless LAN, GPS, digital TV, etc., it is used for transmitters that transmit measured data wirelessly, receivers that receive signals, amplifiers that amplify signals, attenuators that attenuate to appropriate levels, etc. There are package types such as surface mount, QFN, SOT, etc. as well as module types that add peripheral circuits to RF semiconductors. Modules with general-purpose processors and memory can reduce software development. There are various types of attenuators such as N type, BNC, SMA, etc. There are two types of frequencies: types corresponding to a specific frequency and types covering a certain frequency range, such as DC to 2 GHz, etc.
