Amplifiers/Comparators

An amplifier/comparator is a differential amplifier for amplifying the voltage difference between positive and negative terminals. These parts have high input resistance, low output resistance and an open-loop gain, and are comprised of five elements consisting of a power supply terminal on the positive side and negative side, positive and negative input terminals, and an output terminal. These products can be broadly divided into operational amplifiers, analog comparators, audio amplifiers and video amplifiers. An operational amplifier is an integrated circuit that amplifies very weak signals and eliminates noise. Various operations are enabled depending on the circuit that is connected. An analog comparator is a device that uses an operational amplifier and is used to compare two voltages. The function of an audio amplifier and video amplifier is to amplify sound signals and video signals respectively, and then output the sound or video.
