· While maintaining compatibility with conventional cross-head screws, it improves the torque transmission efficiency resulting in stable tightening of screw with less force. Particularly suitable for automation.
· Prevents the screws from coming out and reduces operator fatigue. It also provides a comfortable working environment by eliminating the anxiety that the screw may not be able to withstand the tightening and the groove may get stripped.
· Reduces the wearing of bit and prolongs the lifespan while standardizing the periodic replacements and improving the productivity.
· The bit and the screw have a good fit which prevents the screw from falling off or slipping off from the bit end, thereby improving the work efficiency.
· At the time of product recycling and maintenance, the conventional cross-head screws were difficult to remove. However, this screw can be easily attached/detached, making it possible to manufacture the products that are environment-friendly.
