Product Description
Heat resistant. Operating temperature range -20°C to 200°C. Clean. Large allowable misalignment.
[Features]
· Oldham type flexible coupling.
· Clean washed and clean packaged.
· Can be used in FPD manufacturing equipment and other environments that require heat and chemical resistance or in clean rooms.
· Vespel SPC5000 is used for the spacer.
· Excellent heat and chemical resistance, and very little outgas at high temperatures.
· Allows eccentricity and declination due to slipping of hub and spacer.
· The axis load generated by misalignment is small, reducing the load on the axis.
