Product Description
Modules 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, Rack gears made of S45C with a pressure angle of 20° (parallel gears).
[Features]
· Dimensions can be selected from square and rectangular.
· Mounting hole type, and both end surface processed types are also available. Products with [M] at the end have mounting holes on the side.
· Overall length is from 300 mm to 1,600 mm.
· Overall lengths of the rack, with both ends processed ranges from 0.06 to 0.5 mm less the theoretical values.
· The standard dimensional tolerances are finished in h11 to h12 class for both tooth width and height because of the drawn material.
