Large Size Couplings with Special Structure（Feature：High Durability）
These couplings have a different shape and application from the standard types. The lineup includes special models from various manufacturers such as Miki Pulley, Sakai Manufacturing, Nitta Chemical Industrial Products and Mighty Corporation. Coupling types include those coated with strong rubber designed to cushion impacts; large types with different shaft centers that use crank motion; and types that use high-quality nylon resin as cushioning material. A wide range of coupling shapes and structures are available for different applications.

MIKI PULLEY
Large special coupling that dampens and absorbs shocks and vibrations.
[Features]
· A type that uses resin (polyurethane, polyester) for the element . Long lifespan.
· Has an excellent vibration and shock absorption as motion is transmitted by a highly elastic element. Reduced noise.
· The polyester resin has excellent heat-resistance, cold-resistance and at least twice the torsional rigidity of polyurethane resin.
· Requires almost no maintenance. Motion is transmitted smoothly even if there is a misalignment between the 2 shafts.
· Easy to install and remove due to a compact and simple design with only a cushioning material inserted between the 2 hubs.
· Maintenance of the entire equipment is easy.

MIKI PULLEY
A type of coupling that can absorb and alleviate shock and vibrations. A type that uses natural rubber for the element.
[Features]
· Transmits power using rubber with excellent elasticity, and has excellent vibration and shock absorption.
· Reduces the noise from machinery and devices.
· Short in the axial direction to save space.
· Uses a heat-resistant rubber, and achieves a long life by using a rubber pre-compressed structure.
· Requires almost no maintenance.
· There are two types of rubber bodies. One type that is a bolt mount type (O0) in the axial direction and one type that is an insert mount type (S0) in the axial direction, and both of these are easy to align.
