· Body is forged for increased hardness.
· Made from oil quenched and tempered special tool steel.
· Conforms with DIN EN/IEC60900 standards.
· Adopting the two-tone color of red and yellow for the 1,000 V insulating handles which are made from two types of materials differentiates these from non-insulated tools.
· Can cut single and compound copper and steel wires with a diameter up to 60 mm.
· Blade is finely ground, and treated with tempering.
· Can cleanly cut through cables without deforming them.
· By utilizing a design which maximally applies the lever principle, high cutting performance is possible with minor force.
· Applies a “3-step drive” which activates 3 gears with 1 action allowing for easy cutting with 1 hand or 2.
· 1st gear with “3-step drive” is optimal for one-hand operation.
· 3rd gear is best for when you want to apply a lot more force.
· For railways, shipbuilding, and windmills.
