Product Description

High-grade industrial lubricant consisting of highly refined paraffin base oil blended with carefully selected antioxidants, rust inhibitors, anti-wear agents, defoaming agents, etc.Excellent performance satisfies most requirements for bearing lubricating oil, gear lubricating oil, compressor oil, and general hydraulic oil for general industrial machinery, and it can be used as a multi-purpose industrial oil ideal as lubricant oil for promoting lubrication control at manufacturing plants.There are 8 types with dynamic viscosities at 40°C ranging from 32 mm²/s to 460 mm²/s, enabling use over a wide range of conditions.

· Good lubricity:
High viscosity index, low friction coefficient, high resistance to wear (oil film strength) and excellent lubrication performance.
· Good oxidation stability and thermal stability:
Mixed with a special antioxidant carefully chosen for the highly refined base oil with excellent oxidation and heat stability so that it will not easily oxidize or degrade with little sludge formation, even over long-term use.
Demonstrates particularly high performance as a circulation system or condenser oil in high temperature conditions due to particularly excellent high temperature and oxidation stability.
· Excellent rust prevention:
An excellent rust inhibitor was added that is effective even when mixed with water to prevent rust and corrosion in lubrication systems.
· Excellent water separability:
It has excellent water separability and can easily separate moisture that gets mixed in by settling, using a centrifuge separator, etc.
· Remarkable Defoaming Abilities:
Uses an excellent defoaming agent which reduces issues due to foaming in circulation systems.
· Type:
8 different kinds of FBK oil RO represented by the numbers 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, and 460. This figure shows the approximate kinematic viscosity in mm²/s at 40°C.
A range of products from low viscosity to high viscosity are available for FBK oil RO, so it is possible to select the product that has an appropriate viscosity for the usage conditions.
