It is not recommended, because it is difficult to accurately confirm the actual working environment of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to account for the repeated use of this product.

I am considering using the product as a heat countermeasure in summer. Does the product have cooling effect?

In term of breathability, the product is superior to SF or SFS material. However, a definite answer is not possible because its cooling qualities largely depend on each individual sensation.
