· 3M heat-resistant polyimide tape 5413 is a polyimide tape using a special silicone-based adhesive.
· The product has excellent heat-resistance and can be peeled off without any residue even after continuous heating at 260°C for 30 minutes to the copper plate.
· Furthermore, the product has excellent dimensional stability at high temperatures.
· The product has high chemical-resistance and can be peeled off without any residue even after dipping in methyl ethyl ketone or ethanol.
